Price Plan for Adults

• $394/Year For Two Patients
• $164/Year For Each Additional Patient

Price Plan for Children (14 & under)

• $164/Year

• Bi-annual dental check-ups (cleaning, exam, x-rays)
• Emergency examination (once per year)
